Refund policy

 

Hello! Thank you for trusting us with your business, we appreciate you making a purchase to try out our Green Kompass gear. Please note that we are a small business and we request that you be mindful when returning items.

Orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same brand new condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any returns or items sent back in unsellable condition will not be eligible for return and will be sent back to the customer. Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued!

Green Kompass is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.

Please note that we currently do not generate return labels for domestic or international shipments, customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.

EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards. Certain types of products cannot be returned: Pickleball Balls and Foam Balls are final sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUND PROCESS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 20 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
